EEI Compliance Training is a web-based training program developed by the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) in conjunction with the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom (Skadden). The two training programs available on EEI Training, Standards of Conduct and Anti-Market Manipulation, were written by regulation experts at EEI and Skadden and reviewed by a wide variety of industry experts prior to publication.

EEI Compliance Training is a cost effective way for you to train your employees on industry regulations without sacrificing quality.

• EEI Compliance Training explains difficult concepts in clear and concise language. The average employee can complete the training in under an hour.
  
  
• The program is composed of a series of lessons covering all aspects of the rule, followed by a set of self-assessment questions. The program includes a glossary of key terms. Each participating company will have a specific folder on the site, accessed by its company-specific URL. The course content is updated as needed.
  
  
• EEI Compliance Training is based on a flat fee pricing structure and does not place limits on how many employees can be trained through the system. For most companies, this pricing approach is more cost effective than a structure based on a set figure per employee trained.
  
  
• Since EEI Compliance Training is a web-based system, your employees can take the training from any computer with an Internet connection. Employees can take the training in a computer center, at their desks or from home.
  
  
• EEI Compliance Training includes quizzes at the end of each training section to gauge employee retention of the concepts discussed. The system includes the option for re-testing if employees don't achieve a minimum quiz score.
  
  
• All employee training data is made available to company-specified administrators through an easy-to-use administrative tool. Companies can view quiz results, track training progress and export training results for employees en masse. The exported data is clearly organized, allowing for a quick importation into internal databases.

• EEI Compliance Training includes an option to generate a reminder email to employees required to take the training, as well as to employee supervisors.
